Jade is proud to get a huge amount of satisfaction from working hard to help someone reach their dream of buying a home. She believes it is a rewarding feeling knowing that the Farmers Mortgage Team is able to help someone achieve such a large milestone. Jade enjoys her job as each day brings new clients and new situations where she works to ensure she can find the best mortgage options for clients. 

Jade was raised in Texarkana and is involved locally with the Greater Texarkana Young Professionals, Red Lick Education Foundation, and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and Williams Memorial United Methodist Church. Jade lives in Texarkana with her husband, daughter, and their pet Yorkie. In her spare time, Jade enjoys going to the Lake, watching her daughter play sports, and working out.

Kim’s goal everyday is to help her customers have peace of mind with such a milestone decision as to buy a new home and finance it with the Farmers Bank and Trust team. Kim enjoys the Texarkana area with its city atmosphere while having many country living options relatively close to the city. Kim has been a member of the Pilot Club, and board member of the 100 Club of East Texas, and other civic groups. Kim has also been awarded the Gold Crest Delegate of the Year by the Atlanta Area Chamber of Commerce.

Kim lives in Cass County with her husband and her pets. In her free time, Kim enjoys traveling, shopping, cooking, quilting, and spending time her grandchildren.

Originally from Glenwood, AR, Commercial Loan Officer Gayla Hill graduated from Cossatot Vocational-Technical School, what is now the University of Arkansas Cossatot. She has 30 years of banking experience and said this career is rewarding because she can help customers complete dreams and goals in life. She is married to Jacky and together they have three children and three grandchildren.
